Oil Pulling with Coconut Oil for Gum Disease

So summer is here and you got some information on how to protect yourself with Coconut Oil while enjoying the sun. Well now we want to

make sure your simle is just as protected. Coconut Oil can be just as useful in your mouth and for your gums and teeth as it was for your skin. Oil Pulling for Peridontal Disease or to treat and prevent gum disease. Gum disease can be painfull and treatment can be expensive.  Oil pulling with coconut oil may be an effective means to treat gum disease at home.  Oil Pulling helps to cleanse toxins and bacteria from the mouth and may improve the sysmptoms of gum disease.

Coconut Oil is swished in the mouth, similiar to the manner in which mouthwash is used, while pulling through the teeth.  This can be done while accomplishing other task such as bathing or getting dress. The oil picks up dirt, bacteria, food particles and toxins.  Coconut Oil may be warmed into a liquid and used to treat gum disease; plus many people preer the mild, sweet flavor of coconut oil compare to other oils.

One tablespoon of coconut oil in the mouth, then pulling the oil through the gums and teeth.  After about 15 minutes the oil will become thin, DO NOT SWALLOW, spit ot the oil and rinse.  Oil pulling should be a part of a daily hygiene routine.  Over time, gum health will improve.  Gums will firmer an take on a pink color and stop bleeing and receding gums.
